It goes without saying that the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in changes to routine infection control practices to prevent and manage illness of any kind at our clinic.

Arrive Healthy: At our clinic, our team is in close proximity to our clients. To keep our team and vulnerable clients healthy from any illness, we are asking that you not attend the clinic if you have any acute signs of illness. We ask that your symptoms show signs of improvement over a 24 hour period (or 48 hour period if you have gastrointestinal symptoms) before returning to the clinic.

Virtual Option: For your convenience and to avoid delays in achieving your goals, while you are unwell, we can switch your in-person appointment to virtual through our secure Jane platform.

Masks: If you would prefer our professional staff to wear a mask for your appointment, we would be happy to do so upon request.

Clean Clean Clean: We thoroughly clean the treatment room/area/equipment (including bed and pillow) after every client. High touch areas such as doorknobs and light switches, hydrocollator handles, washrooms, sinks/faucets and hand sanitizer dispensers, countertops, staff desk tops, phones, keyboards, and mobile devices are also cleaned regularly.
