Join us for Part 2 of our All Things

Golf workshop.

Steven Georges, Registered Physiotherapist and avid golfer, will focus on getting you golf-fit with specific exercises to keep you strong and limber to reduce your injury risk. He will also discuss how to return to the course safely after injury.

Missed part one? No worries, you will still get a lot out of his chat. Steve will quickly recap common injuries and swing mechanics to get you up to speed.
